Welcome to Andrew’s portfolio page, on the website made for all his friends portfolios.

3 Projects

As a working cinematographer, poet/writer, and event coordinator, this portfolio is hosted on the website I created for my own brand, Don’t Miss the Vision. A space built to showcase not just my own work, but the work of the creative community around me. For this final project, I wanted to prove that I’m already doing this in real life. I didn’t make this site for the class, I made it for the culture. My passion is what drives it all, and these three featured projects reflect who I am as an artist.

The first section centers around photography, highlighting my travels across the U.K. and Europe. I don’t usually shoot people, I’m drawn to landscapes and scale. These photos are meant to capture the quiet, overwhelming feeling of smallness we experience in big spaces. All images were shot on a Nikon D2300 and edited in Lightroom.

The second section focuses on writing from my journals, poems, and short stories. Writing helps me make sense of things. It’s where my thoughts get untangled, and I try to leave space for readers to feel something, even if there’s no clear answer. I built this section through Squarespace to mimic a digital journal.

Finally, my poster designs come from Don’t Miss the Vision, my event and creative platform. These were made collaboratively with friends and served as our brand’s first visual statement; fun, bold, and community-driven.

This site is my world and I hope you enjoy
