My name is Melody Quezada, and I’ve been enjoying this journey of life for 23 years now. I often say that I’m still discovering my style because my portfolio showcases a little bit of everything. I know I love photographing people, landscapes, animals, cars, nature, moments, plants, pets, families, couples, and so much more! I just love taking pictures. I love how much color and lighting can change the mood of a photo. The photos I’ve shared here were all taken spontaneously, inspired by a moment and with someone by my side to help bring my vision to life. Our minds and this life we live are quite alike—both are ever-changing, flowing, and adapting. We can shift our perspectives as often as we like because life is in constant motion, and so are we. Creativity, energy, and ideas continuously flow through us, allowing us to adjust to different situations. This is what I like to remind myself of when I’m behind the camera: that I can explore different styles, that ideas and moods can evolve, that I don’t need to confine myself, and that It’s perfectly fine to explore and grow. I can just be.
